The calls are checked many times throughout the day but please understand that we get several hundred messages a week, we only have one phone line and less than a handful of volunteers able to respond to the calls. In other words, if you don't hear back as quickly as you'd like it is because we are dealing with more urgent cases. But we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
